Contact details you give us — name and email when you request a quote or message us.
Order details — the type of work, academic level, deadline and brief you provide.
Technical data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.

We do not ask for, or want, your login credentials to any institution.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
To deliver and support the service you order.
To improve the website and our service.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the writer assigned to your order (limited to what's needed to complete the work) and with the service providers that run our payments and email. We never share your details with your school or any third party for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing admin@papperpro.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider; we do not store card details. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).
