Refund Policy
A real, specific promise — not a one-liner. Here's exactly when you're covered.

Template notice (for the site owner): set the claim windows and percentages to match how you actually operate before launch.
1. When you qualify for a refund
- Late delivery — if we miss the agreed deadline and the delay isn't caused by missing information from you, you can claim a full or partial refund depending on impact.
- Materially off-brief — if the work doesn't match the agreed brief and our writer can't fix it through revisions within your deadline window.
- Duplicate or accidental payment — refunded in full.
2. What isn't covered
- A specific grade — we don't guarantee grades, only that the work meets the agreed brief.
- Changes to the brief after work has started (these are quoted separately).
- Requests made after the claim window has closed.
3. How to claim
Email admin@papperpro.com within [14] days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong. We'll review and respond within [3] business days.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within [5–10] business days depending on your bank.
5. Our preference: fix it first
Most issues are resolved faster with a free revision than a refund. Message your writer first — revisions within your deadline window are always free.
