Refund Policy
How we make things right: we revise until your work meets the brief. Here's exactly what that means.

1. Our promise — revisions until you pass
Instead of cash refunds, we stand behind every order with unlimited one-to-one revisions. If the delivered work doesn't match the agreed brief, your writer keeps revising it — at no extra charge — until it does.
2. How to request a revision
Email admin@papperpro.com with your order number and exactly what needs adjusting against the original brief. We'll get your writer on it and confirm a turnaround time.
3. No cash refunds
Payments cover the time and work of your writer and are non-refundable. Our remedy is always revision, not a refund — so if something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it rather than walk away.
4. What revisions don't cover
- A specific grade — we deliver work that meets the agreed brief, but we don't guarantee marks.
- Changes to the brief after work has started — these are new requirements and are quoted separately.
- How you choose to use the work once it's delivered — see the note below.
5. Billing errors
If you're ever charged twice for the same order or charged in error, contact us with your payment reference and we'll put it right.
6. Important
PapperPro provides custom academic writing as a voluntary, paid reference and model-answer service. Submitting purchased work as your own may breach your institution's academic-integrity policies; you use our work at your own discretion and risk.
